Flashing all of her gold-plated credit cards and her branded cosmetics. This what the rich snob, Yvonne would usually do. It was known throughout the school that she was filthy rich, had a clique called " The Queens" and a gorgeous hunky boyfriend.

Many in school would admire from afar, many wished and hoped to be like her. Having no cares about when the next meal would arrive , living the life of a royalty.People worship her as they go. It was said that she had a "royal" aura surrounding her. Her clique" The Queens" was one in which many sought after for. Many wanted to be in her gang, her clique.But not me.

I had doubts on who she really was, i did not believe such royalty would exist in our neighbouring Welter High.She had many questioning doubts. No one has ever been to her " mansion", not even her closest friends Veronica. No one has ever seen her parents. The people who supposingly brought her to fame, the people who worked hard to give her the life she has now.There were too many loopholes. She may be even a fake!

Following my doubts, i followed her closely one day after she left school . She waved goodbye to her posession 'Nicholas'( the boyfriend) ans strut off into the long winding road.I followed closely behind her carefull not to let her find out. She was not going home, but instead to a " GOSH " night-pub. " Heaven-Nights" it was called. I could not believe my eyes, i pinched my flush cheeks from the long walk. I was not dreaming. The rich snobby Yvonne was a bar- hostess !

No wonder she has so much cash around. No wonder she was able to but those branded goods and cosmetics. I kept in mind to reveal the hidden secret tomorrow at school. Yes, the truth was revealed, but to my horror, she denied everything. She said that all the truths i have spoken are all lies. She was a good actress, mind you. She was on the verge of tears when she said " How could you ? I have never told anything bad about you , and here you are spunning lies about me."

I was rudely shocked. Her friends and cliques believed her. They spoke vulgarities and slapped my face. From that day onwards, i was shunned by others. No longer was i unknown figure, i was known but in a wrong way. No one would dare to stand on my side, for they were afraid they would suffer the same fate as me .

So this was what i got. I told the truth and no one believes. My reputation was spoiled and i became the most unpopular figure there ever was.

WHY IS ART A LEAST FAVOURITE SUBJECT IN SCHOOLS?
Is it? As for me, I love Art and believe that Art is a subject meant to be enjoyed and loved. But strangely, people nowadays tend to feel otherwise. They have the perspective that art is a useless subject and is only meant for people who does not do well in their studies. I believe not! Art is a creative subject. It is meant for people who have that creative juice. People who state their stand as to thinking art is a boring and useless subject, I believe they ought to do some reflection. Art is a subject that can be nurtured and loved. It is only up to you to think whether or not to set that creative juice of yours flowing.
Similarly, many people also tend not to choose art as they have the mindset thinking,” Since I can get into a science stream, why not? Art gets me no where.” I believe this is true for a large percentage of people. It does for me as well.
“Hey, I am in a Science class.”
“Hey, I am in an Art class.”
By looking at these 2 phrases, you would rather choose the first option. Am I right? By saying you are in a science class, your ego would be boosted further. This proves the point of “The mindset of art being a lousy subject meant for lousy students.”
But contrary, Singapore has been focusing more on Art over the years. More of these talents are needed rather than the smarts. “One in a million.” Heard of this phrase? Smart people, you can find them everywhere. But it is so difficult to find a person who is creative.
For example. Picasso, he does art wonderfully and with a very creative " out-of-the-box " mind. People who are able to appreciate his work of art, may then be truly called artists. People who believe that his art is rubbish, are indeed failures.
In all, I state my stand which speaks that art is not a least favorite subject in schools.

first time in history that i went to sch so early ! i reached at about 6.40 ? ya. even the sun is not up yet. but i am sch, what kind of a joke is this ? oh yea. Syf is nearing , peeps, try not to come to choir late. it would be counted as half ok, even if u r 1 min late , it would still be a half. we went through lok sui tian . then the person came again. dunno if he is 看我们不爽。or wad. cant be bothered with this type of ppl.
had geo lesson. SO FUN ! lol. me jel wq n xt were goofing around in cls , when ong heng kiat came n tell us to quiten down n stuff. lol. we made a complete fools out of ourselves. spent the whole lesson laughing.haha. the worst thing was, i dunno how we did it but we started to play peace by the river and edelweiss( dunno how to spell lah）. den after that me n jel played pepsi cola 123.haha. so lol lah. after a while, i realised that heng kiat was staring at us. probably he thought we were mad or something. haha. lol. den after lesson, he came up to us and said. " you all 4 better concentrate more" or something. haha. out of the blue, he said that he was goin to teach us acid rain. then i said " we learn all in chem le. when the acid rain go into the river, den all de fishes die.hahaa." lol. he then busied himself by explaining to us that there are more to that. then we were like. he is such a good teacher. he knows how to make students enjoy his lesson. it is like only his cls then the whole cls nv sleep lo . say so many stuff. " BIO MUST BE HAPPY ! " haha. it is like his phrase. for once, i understood bio . haha. but so sad he has to leave. he shld continue to stay on. =D
